Q1: What's new of the latest version compared with previous version?

Q2: What is the difference between trial version and full version?
A: The difference between the trial and full version is the limitation that you can only convert no more than 3 minutes for each video file. After you purchase our product, you will be provided with your registration name and code which will unlock the trial version's limitation.
Q3: What Benefits do your have after Registration?
: First, unlimited use without any time and function restrictions. Second, FREE upgrade of the latest version of the same product released.
Q4: May I cut off the unwanted video files in the software by your program?
Of course you can. We offered a "Remove" function in our program. You just select the video you want to delete and click Remove. Or you can delete all the files you added by click Clear.
Q5: Which profile should I choose for my PSP?
A: Depends on the model and the version of its firmware. Only higher version can support AVC output and 480x272 output files. If you are using the early version and model, you'd better only use "PSP MPEG4 Video" profile.
Q6: How to choose the output video format from MP4, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC and WMV?
A:If only want to get the best quality, we recommend MP4 AVC format, which is in H.264 video codec. But the output size would be larger than others. Actually, MP4 format will be more proper in the file size and quality.
Q7: What if I lost the license code?
A:Provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as email address, user name, product's name etc,when you made a payment. Send this information to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q8: How can I find the converted files?
A: When you completed files, select Reveal Destination in Finder, you can find the converted target video files directly.
Q9: How can I get the output Zune video transferred to my Zune?
A: You can download Zune software from www.zune.net to finish the transfer. Or you can get it done via the SYNC function of Windows Media Player if you select WMV as the output format.
Q10: Which out format is the best to get the smaller size with better quality if I want to backup my video on my Mac?
A Generally speaking, we recommend AVI format. The default codec for AVI in our program is DivX which can provide better quality as well as smaller output size. If you just want to backup your video files on your hard drive, AVI is enough.
