Is it safe to purchase from KigoSoft?
Please don't worry. KigoSoft uses a secure server hosted by Stripe, which has implemented several measures to ensure the high safety of transactions and protect sensitive customer information. Besides, KigoSoft is totally safe, and your personal information is kept private, regardless of whether you visit the web pages or download products.
What kinds of payment methods do you support?
You can by by credit cards, debit cards, and other popular payment methods. What we accept is Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and more.
Why is the actual price different from the price displayed on the website?
All programs are priced in US dollar. It will automatically convert foreign currency when making purchases.
In addition, the renewal price will be the same as the price you initially purchased under normal conditions. But if you've participated in a discount promotion, your renewal will be charged at the original price as displayed on our official page. The discounted price is only applied to the initial purchase.
What is the difference between the trial version and the paid version?
Each KigoSoft product offers a free trial version. There is no difference between the free trial version and the paid version, except for a limitation on the length of the output media files with the trial version.
Is it a one-time off payment or do I have to pay monthly?
We offer three subscription plans: 1-Month plan, 1-Year plan, and Lifetime plan. If you order a 1-Month or 1-Year plan, it will auto-renew every month or every year. If you purchase a lifetime version, then it is a one-time payment. You can choose from them based on your needs.
What can I do if I buy the wrong software by accident?
Please order the correct product from our website and then send us the receipts to support@kigosoft.com. We will then refund the wrong order for you.
Do I have to purchase both versions if I want to use it on Windows and Mac?
Yes, the Windows and Mac versions are two standalone products. If you want to use the program on Windows or Mac, you will need to purchase the respective products.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 5-day money guarantee for a monthly plan and a 30-day money guarantee for a lifetime plan. For more info, you can refer to our refund policy.

Registration FAQs

Where can I find my registration code after purchasing it?
The license will be sent to you immediately after purchase. If you are unable to find it in your inbox, please check the spam box. Also, you can contact us to have it sent to you again.
What if I didn't receive the license key after purchasing?
First, please make sure that your order has been validated successfully. Then please check your junk mail to see if it's there. Otherwise, please contact our support team at support@kigosoft.com, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How to register KigoSoft products?
Simply click the "Register" option in the lower left of the user interface, and enter the registration Email and Code into the box. Then click the "Register" button to confirm.
Can I switch my license code from Mac to Windows version or vice versa?
We have a licensing agreement that says that each license code is for one platform, either Windows or Mac. It is therefore not allowed to transfer the license code from Windows to Mac or vice versa after purchasing the software.
If you accidentally purchase a license for the wrong operating system, please contact us within 5 days to arrange for a replacement or a refund. To acquire a license for the correct platform, please visit our official website and then contact us via support@kigosoft.com to issue a refund for the incorrect order.
What can I do if the license code doesn't work?
1. Make sure that you have downloaded the correct program. Also note that you can't use the Windows license on Mac or vice versa.
2. The registration code is case-sensitive. Plus, please don't put any spaces before or after the code.
3. Each license for one computer only. Any attempt to use the registration code on more than one computer will result in an invalid status. If you encounter any error messages, please contact our support team via support@kigosoft.com for further assistance.
How many computers can I use the license for?
You can only use one license on one computer. Using the license on more than one machine simultaneously, then it will be invalid.

Subscription FAQs

How to cancel the auto-renewal?
If you want to cancel the renewal subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.
Method 1. After purchase, you will receive an email titled "Thank you for subscribing KG xxx". There is a "view your subscription" at the bottom of the mailbox. Click this button to jump to the order management interface and cancel the order.
Method 2. You can contact our support team at support@kigosoft.com, and we will help you cancel the service timely.
Why is the registration license still invalid or expired after renewal?
After the renewal, a new registration code will be sent to you. You need to use the new license to reactivate the program.
Can I keep using the program once cancel the auto-renewal?
When you cancel your subscription, you won't be charged again unless you re-subscribe. Your paid membership benefits will continue until the end of the billing period. You can go to the profile panel to check the expiration date. When the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. Repurchase will be required if you want to continue to use the full version.
