A registration code can only activate the program on one computer. The code will not work when you try to use it on a second or more devices.
And the registration code is not universal on Windows OS and macOS computers. A Windows license cannot be used on Mac computers and vice versa. If you purchased the wrong license by mistake, please repurchase the correct one and then send the order receipt to the support team at support@kigosoft.com. They will assist you in canceling and refunding the order of the wrong product.
The monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month as your initial purchase and the yearly plan will automatically renew on the same date each year. To stop the auto-renewal service, kindly get in touch with our customer support team at support@kigosoft.com.
